If you enjoyed my first book, Tempting the Throne Room, then you will find Father of Ice Mountains a more casual experience of ski mountaineering in the Chinese Pamir range of the Himalaya.  Many of you know that I had a "numbing" experience in the form of almost losing the ends of a finger or two, but the overall expedition was truly an exciting adventure worthy of publication.  At least so in my opinion.  I hope it is the same with you.

There are two formats by which you can procure the book, electronically in the form of a kindle type, e-reader or even PDF version if you have no modern appliance.  There is even a plain text version you may choose on the smashwords site and requires nothing but an internet connection and some type of word processing program.  But my preference is the softbound cover that can be held, laid down and utilized independently of electricity or battery life.  If you order a soft bound copy, I will gladly inscribe it in the backcountry around a blazing campfire.
